Because we stand behind the quality of every product we ship, we aren’t able to accommodate returns or refunds on opened or used items. We’d rather put our energy into making sure your order is perfect from the start, and we believe our QC process does exactly that.

Damages and Issues

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us right away. Send your order number along with a few clear photos, and we will do our best to make it right.
